In recent years<\/span> West College Scotland <\/span><\/a>have completely reimagined their LMS<\/span>. But, when it came to starting fresh, the team took their time to understand the needs of <\/span>their people<\/span> before jumping into building a solution.\u00a0<\/span>West College Scotland is a Further and Higher Education College with campuses and learning centres based in Clydebank, Greenock and Paisley.<\/span>Paul Ferguson, Organisational Development Manager, joined the team in 2021, and when he arrived, he found that self<\/span>–<\/span>directed learning was no<\/span>–<\/span>existent.
