They chose us at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.totara.com\/partners\/accipio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Accipio<\/a> for the creation of their Totara online learning platform for their external advisors and providers.<\/p>\n<h2>The Challenge<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\">UCAS was looking to provide online learning resources to more than 7000 organisations who support and guide students through each stage of their University application. The site needed to provide a variety of eLearning content and integrate seamlessly with their Salesforce Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), and provide a tenancy for internal users as well.<\/p>\n<h2>The Solutio<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\">To meet this challenge we rapidly developed a Totara learning platform, which features the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two-way CRM <a href=\"https:\/\/www.totara.com\/integrations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">integratio<\/a> with their Salesforce, as well as pulling user information from Salesforce into the Totara platform, to deliver targeted enrolments based on user type<\/li>\n<li>Seamless and segmented access to resources, thanks to single-sign-o<\/li>\n<li>Over 100 courses with quality eLearning modules and video content. Many of these were initially built by Accipio, and included a &#8216;train the trainer\u2019 approach so UCAS became self-sustainable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-47181 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.totara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/UCAS-Picture2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"907\" height=\"554\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.totara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/UCAS-Picture2.png 907w, https:\/\/www.totara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/UCAS-Picture2-300x183.png 300w, https:\/\/www.totara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/UCAS-Picture2-768x469.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 907px) 100vw, 907px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnostics, which allows for self-assessment and 360 feedback<\/li>\n<li>Extensions which highlights featured content and uses machine learning for recommendations, also allowing users to bookmark, like, rate and comment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-47186 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.totara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/UCAS-Picture3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"795\" height=\"487\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.totara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/UCAS-Picture3.png 907w, https:\/\/www.totara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/UCAS-Picture3-300x184.png 300w, https:\/\/www.totara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/UCAS-Picture3-768x470.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 795px) 100vw, 795px\" \/><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2>Results<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\">The learning platform continues to grow rapidly and has been well received. Key results include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7000+ organisations all synced with Salesforce and mapped to users created via SSO and Job Assignments<\/li>\n<li>Over 25,000 eLearning module attempts on 100+ courses<\/li>\n<li>Feedback from external and internal customers has been consistently at 98% for user experience and content<\/li>\n<li>Over 800 badges issued<\/li>\n<li>Increased security and segmentation enabling appropriate content to be surfaced to the relevant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.totara.com\/resources\/audience-management\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">audiences<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Internal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.totara.com\/resources\/compliance-management\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">compliance<\/a> training managed with a reduction in manual labour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-47176 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.totara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/UCAS-Picture1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"907\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.totara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/UCAS-Picture1.png 907w, https:\/\/www.totara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/UCAS-Picture1-300x141.png 300w, https:\/\/www.totara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/UCAS-Picture1-768x361.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 907px) 100vw, 907px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">We are now working with UCAS to take the platform to the next level, with planned enhancements including eCommerce integration using the Accipio Shop, and further LxP and diagnostics features.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"large\" style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #c873d1;\"><em>&#8220;Working with Accipio we have transformed our digital training offering, from a disparate and labour intensive scattered collection to a single location capable of segmenting and reporting.
