Top Performer Awards
The Top Performer Awards recognise the Totara Partners who have achieved sales success in terms of net new subscribers and revenue between April 1, 2024 and 1 March, 2025 in their respective region.

The Totara Project Awards features nine categories:
- Most Impactful Project – Recognising projects that have delivered significant, measurable business outcomes.
- Best Employee Development Project – Honouring initiatives that have driven employee growth, engagement, and career progression.
- Best Onboarding Experience – Highlighting outstanding onboarding programs that accelerate new hire productivity and engagement.
- Best Compliance Experience – Showcasing exemplary solutions that streamline and enhance compliance training.
- Most Innovative Use of Totara – Celebrating creative and forward-thinking implementations of Totara’s platform.
- Best Use of Blended Learning – Recognising organisations that have successfully integrated online, offline, and social learning.
- Best Use of Integrations – Honouring effective integrations with third-party tools that enhance the overall learning experience.
- Best Extended Enterprise Solution – Highlighting solutions designed to train external audiences, such as partners, customers, and resellers.
- Most Improved Platform – Celebrating significant improvements in an existing Totara platform, resulting in better performance, usability, or outcomes.

- Top Performer – EMEA

- Global Partner of the Year Award
Criteria
All Totara Awards entries will be judged on their innovativeness, business impact and fulfilment of a market need. We’re seeking customer stories that showcase how Totara has helped you achieve outstanding results. This includes the impact on the customer’s organisation, highlighting elements such as innovation, impact on learners and overall benefits including return on investment. Submissions from all regions are welcome.
How to Participate
- Prepare a compelling case study that highlights how you’ve successfully used the Totara platform to deliver real business impact.
- Submit the online form below by the deadline to be in the running for this year’s awards. There is no cost to apply to the Totara Awards.

Rules
- The 2025 Totara Awards have concluded. Stay tuned for details on the 2026 Totara Awards — coming soon!
- All award applications must be associated with an active Totara v13+ subscription.
- Submissions need to have clear results, show how the technology supports your business goals and highlight the business impact.
- Submissions need to have approval for publication on the Totara site.
- Each submission needs to include screenshots of the platform, company logo and a short quote.
What does winning an award mean?
Winners of the Totara Awards receive a range of benefits, including:
- A trophy
- Increased PR exposure across both Totara and external media channels
- An award badge & certificate
- An invitation to present your story in a Totara Community webinar
- The opportunity to present your story at online or in-person events
- A PR kit containing everything you need to promote your win
- The opportunity to submit your story for external awards (i.e. the Brandon Hall Awards) in collaboration with Totara
